Found this at a yard sale and I have not yet been able to identify the marks on this item any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the absence of any other marks to indicate a silver fineness (e.g English hallmark, "sterling" mark) your candlestick would be electroplated. The lettering reads "L T Co", or possibly "L T Cs", and are the initials of the manufacturer, who is, unfortunately, unknown to me.
