Need help with F E & Co mark

I just purchased a beautiful Tea set today. All the pieces are marked Silver on Copper but the matching tray is also marked beneath a Eagle F E & Co. I have searched the intrernet and found nothing. Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like a mark used by the Federal Silver Company, New York, New York (c.1920-1961).

Thank you much, that was very fast. And yes the mark with the Eagle matches the mark on my set.
