Provincial Rat tail Spoon CR

Hi all, I have this interesting Hanoverian pattern dessert spoon stamped 3 times with CR, i have not yet been able to match a maker, This came from a lot of Scottish Provincial spoons but no makers seems to quite fit the date. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
