identify a mirror. PK

Hello,
I've been searching for a long time now but I haven't been able to find the creator or even the period in which this hand mirror was made. If anyone could help me identify it, or give me a hint that could help me to look for it's history it would be great.
I know is hard to read, but is the only photo I have. It's PK at the beginning.
