Vesta Case Hallmark

I am trying to find out the date (and maybe maker) for an item.
How do I attach a photo of it onto the forum ?

Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
The vesta case was made in Birmingham (anchor Assay office), date letter for 1894.
I think it`s too late for John Tongue (registered 1863).
Another J.T who worked in late 19th century has not been identified.
