See images below. I spent about an hour looking through the picture maker marks section of british and American silver and silverplate but came up short on an ID. Can anyone help?

Hi,
Your marks have been seen (with slight variations)before, but unfortunately remain unidentified. They have only ever been seen on silver plated items. I notice yours is stamped NS....just wondering if it is possibly made from nickel silver rather than silver plated? Is there any base metal showing where plating might of rubbed off does?
Here is a link to one of the previous discussions on your marks. If you use the forum search facility and search on ram you may find more.
