Cannot figure out what is the first letter in the maker's mark, can you tell us what Cyrillic letter it might be? Anyway, the plate is assayed in Moscow 1887 and that would be by Viktor Savinsky 1859-1894, but the maker ??? It is a rather small plate, maybe used under a glass ...or?
