Re: Foreign language medallion/charm? HELP!
Welcome to the forum,
The writing is the Jewish Traveller Prayer in Hebrew. The item is a called a HAMSA keychain and is apparently often gifted to those about to embark on a trip. It looks like the previous owners name was Nial.
Whether its made from silver, I'm unable to tell however it does appear to have tarnish around the edges so its a possibility.
Cheers,
Steve
