I cannot find this markers mark stamped on this sterling meat platter

Hi Buckm,
Your platter was made by the partnership of Thomas Ellerton & Richard Sibley I. Their mark was registered in London in 1803, the same year as your platter.

It was a short-lived partnership which lasted less than two years .
Their joint mark was registered on 14 November 1803 at 14 Bartholomew Close.
But on 11 March 1805 Sibley registered a sole mark at the the same address , when Ellerton had obviously moved to 1 Falcon Square, where he registered his sole mark on 23 April 1805 .
See Grimwade p. 503 , and p.658 .
