Help with a silver match box holder

Hi all,

I'm after some help with a silver match box holder I bought from eBay. Firstly, it has a faded 800 silver stamp, but it also has what looks like an eye, hallmark/stamp, which I've put below, apologies if the site doesn't reduce the size, I don't know how sorry.


Also, it has a Turkey 2 kurush 1912 coin stuck to it, as well as a house number and postcode. This info doesn't help me with the item though as the coin is from 1912 but the post code is for a property which looks about 60 years old. Below I've put another few images as I'd love to track down the family of the owner as I have an address, but can't date the box, and the "eye" stamp is confusing me.
