Hi, welcome to the forums. Yes you are right Dutch marks. From left to right; maker's mark vK above a pair of crosses branches with small leaves for; Jan van Kleef, registered in The Hague 1837-1876. The office mark mark or Minerva head with the regional assay office letter C for The Hague. The year letter capital R for the year 1851. The Dutch lion passant above 2 for 2nd standard silver or 833/000 fineness.
