The D hallmark with the crown seems to be Hanau (Germany) but the head with the 8/5 no seems to be a French silver guarantee mark. Any ideas if this can be true?

I would like o identify the hallmarks on these spoons.
The D hallmark with the crown seems to be Hanau (Germany) but the head with the 8/5 no seems to be a French silver guarantee mark. Any ideas if this can be true?
