Help with dating and maker.

Hi, this hallmark belongs to a gold brooch. There doesn't seem to be a date mark, but there is what appears to be a maker's mark along with possibly a London mark. Does anyone recognise the maker's mark? Also, does anyone know what sort of age it could be? Thanks in advance for any help!!
