Help with hallmarks

Can you help me with this Russian hallmarks?
Is St.Petersburg 1873-1898?
Maker? Maybe Varvara Baladanova?

Hi panatha -

your penholder is from Tbilissi (Tiflis). The crippelt maker´s mark is illegible - even if you could decipher it - most of the makers are unknown by name.

The time span for the hallmark is 1882-1898 and from Tiflis in nowaday's Georgia and not St. Petersburg as already stated.
