Unknown hallmarks - Need help identifying please...

Hello Forum,
I got this piece from my Uncle's estate. Was wondering if anyone could help me identify the hallmarks? I've spent hours trying to identify them, the only thing I "possibly" found was the two keys hallmark could be related to Old Sheffield Plate.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, it is an important piece to me.

Hi,

Try taking your photos outside in natural light and turn the flash off. Use the macro setting on your camera.

Thank you Dognose, I hope these pictures are better- seems like there is more detail on the marks.
Also, forgot to mention that the hallmarks are all on the bottom/ underside of the base of the candle stick holder.
