Help to identify hallmark in nice gold jewelry

Hi, can anyone help identify this jewelry hallmark in this ring? I bought a lot of nice gold and diamond jewelry and this makers mark appears. It looks like a TO in a circle or T backwards C in a circle. Any thoughts? The piece looks like 1990-now. Thank you. Chris
