Sterling purse handle

I have a very intricate detailed reposse top for a handbag. The mark is a profile which has been worn smooth and is hard to identify as male or female. It is also marked sterling T181. It is very heavy and has cupids and roses on it. I'm sorry I did not know how to attach my photo to this message.
