19th Century Italian Initials

Is there anyone that knows about late 19th century Italian Initials or know of any resources for me to research? I have an identical spoon and fork that either say "SH" or "HS". It was printed opposite of the 800.

Why Italy ?

.800 standard was used in many countries.
And more likely 20th century because old standards were replaced with millesimal standard in late 19th century (again, in several European countries).

I doubt the maker can be identified unless more marks with this pattern emerge.In a word, initials and 800 is just not enough for any search, waste of time.

Even if the maker can never be identified, would you say that this is an example of "Yogya Silver" and so the fork and the spoon were most likely made somewhere in Indonesia in the mid-20th century? ::: That's my best guess, just based on the overall form and design :::

Would suggest that a German maker would be more likely, looks to me like a 'Hildesheimer Rose' design...
