HI All firstly I apolagise if this is the wrong section while I have learnt alot from this site on british silver on foriegn silver I have no idea so I wonder if someone could kindly help me establish whether its silver what country and posibly the maker I know I am asking alot but any information would be greatly appreciated.the makera mark is L & s

Don't know what the L&S stand for. The rest of the marks look like silverplate marks used by The Potosi Silver Company, Birmingham, England.
