Egyptian Gold Mark on Ring

I have found several posts that explain two of these marks, but I have not been able to identify the first which I assume is the purity of the gold. Can anyone help?

Hi,

It`s 18 karat gold (.750) and Cairo.
The number is 18 in Arabic.
