Hi,
I tried to look up the makers mark from the list but could not find it.
Also am I right in saying it’s 1905
From what I can see it reads “ J & HA “

Re: Smoking pipe makers mark identification and orgin
Hi and welcome to the forum.
This is actually a Birmingham hallmark, not London. We can tell from the shape of the punch. So the date is actually 1907. Unfortunately Birmingham marks are not as well documented as London marks so I am unable to tell you who J&HA might be. We have a "Contributors Notes" section devoted to Pipe Makers and Mounters. It is possible that you might find the initials there.

Thank you for the welcome and advice.
I will continue to look for the Birmingham maker, unfortunately I could not find it in the Pipe section.
Best
