Please help identifying hallmark on antique ring

This is my grandmother's ring, and it dates before 1945. The turquoise cabochon stone is much later addition; the original stone was lost. I am interested in the dating and provenance of the ring. The fineness mark is 585. Thank you!

If 585 indicating 14K is the only mark, forget the identification.But there seems to be one more mark on the right.
