Someone knows what kind of Mark is on this Ring ?

Hi everyone.

Someone knows what kind of Mark is on this Ring and what does that mean ? Silver or Gold ? As 925 stand for silver and 14k for gold.
And what period for this ring ?

925 LS 14k
