Seeking information about this Austrian tea set please

Hello, I inherited this 3 piece tea or coffee set from my maternal grandfather, who was born in Tarnow, Poland in 1898 but moved to Vienna, Austria in his teen years. I believe my mother told me that it belonged to my grandfather's stepmother, who lived in Vienna all of her life.
I think that the designer is probably Eduard Friedman? I could not identify the other markings.
Can anybody please confirm if the designer is Friedman and also help me identify the year of manufacture and any other helpful information?
