Help identify Latvian maker

Hello. I have this large Latvian made vase. Unfortunately, I cannot find any information about the maker. Does anyone know who A/S L.Rosenthal is? I think A/S stands for "Akciju sabiedrība (Joint-stock company)". Thank you in advance.
