Probably a german silver dish (HELP ME!)

I attach a link about the item and the marks. There are 3 marks one refers to the quality 14 lot=875 but I do not recognize the other two.
Could you help in it to discover its origin and age?

it is the hallmark of Dorpat
it is a not documented makersmark in Leistikow of
Carl Friedrich Luetten (M1818 +1868)
