Looking to ID hallmarks on Spoon

Post by kerrberry77 »

Greetings,
I've been helping my Aunt with some of her silver spoons, and have been unable to identify the marks on this spoon. It measures about 4 3/4" long, is gold toned, and has four marks on the back of the handle. There is a star, and a cross, so I thought perhaps Spain or Malta, but these marks look different than the ones I found for those countries. I am unsure of the country of origin. I really appreciate any guidance.

Kind Regards,
Kerrie

PS My pictures kept coming up huge, so I just posted the links.

Hi Kerrie,

Please embed your images and choose another photohost, one that does not apply an advertising banner across the marks that we need to see.

https://postimages.org (choose 'Share', then copy the 'Hotlink for forums' code) is recommended.
