Unknown hallmarks

Hi all. Would be grateful for any help identifying the hallmarks on this silver paper knife. It is in the form of a sword and is 18cm long. It has a strange set of hallmarks including H1. Tests as silver.

It's Rhodesian/Zimbabwean, a product of Imperial Metal Products.

Well that is a surprise!! Acquired it in Cape Town a few weeks ago so it had not travelled that far.
