What's the town mark?

Post by Dad »

Hi All!

Here are 3 Orthodox icons. Silver riza.
On each there are punches of the maker - "G.D." ( "Г.Д." Cyrillic). Thinness is the 12 loth.
On 2 icons the city mark is "the standing on the hind paws lion, in the front paws holds... (?). May be it was Slonim. The town in Belarus, at the beginning of the 19 century still had traditions of Polish type of Hallmarking.
Have anybody thoughts?
