I need help identifying these msrks. Maybe this is fake?

Yes, Aleks is right, it is Viipuri/Viborg in former Finland but nowadays in Russia (1945->) on the Carelian isthmus. The maker's mark is GRB and that is Gottfried Rudolf Bauman 1828-1837. I haven't seen Viborg's town mark like that before, nice find.
