Anzolo Scarabello da Este's mark is A-stella-S in this case the mark is A-point-S with crown above (coronate) repeated twice on the three pieces that make up the cruet.
The cruet was purchased in France as of the 18th century and I agree with this description, also considering the construction technique and subsequently marked with the "crab" mark, see the following photos.

In my humble opinion it should be a so-called "silversmith subscriber" and I hope that some profound connoisseur can tell me who he is and in which region he was operating.
