Help with Egypt date mark

I have a card case with following mark





Can you help me understand the date mark?

Egypt date letters were not consistent in regard of position of dots, but the closest is 1949 /1951.

I guess it is 2002-2006.

Right, it is 2002.
This is the best table so far with visual section of Arabic letters.
They used dh again in 2002, but there is a dot on the right.
