lion is diff than I'm use to seeing on my buttons, I think small h is date, I think capital F means imported, not sure what last mark is, couples with other other marks, I'm confused, any info would be appreciated.

Re: horse rider button with several marks on front
Hi,
It was made by Karl Kurz, Germany.
Exactly the same marks are here; scroll down to Karl Kurz, and the marks will appear on the left.

It was imported to London in 1903. Must be of sterling standard because of Lion Passant British mark .925 fineness, meaning it was meant to be exported to UK (lower standards of e.g. 800 or .830 were more commonly used in Germany).

A set of eight, same maker and year of import:
Trev.

Re: horse rider button with several marks on front
Excellent example how to read Hanau pseudo marks (full set of buttons showed by Trev).
The rule of thumb; only one mark is needed for positive identification, no need to have several matching marks.
In this particular example, Karl Kurz used almost full repertoire of his marks.
