R&B mark

Have an ornate spoon with 5 marks on it...

One is R&B and what looks like a 96 image next to it followed by three other marks that I cant make out...one is a two image stamp

New to forum and silver so any assist is appreciated

Without a picture to see the style/shape of the marks it is difficult to identify what country this manufacturer is from.
However, if that's 90 after the R&B, there is a good chance we are talking about a German silverplate spoon.
