Your cruet stand was made by Marc-Augustin Lebrun, symbols a weathervane and an eagle (un girouette et un aigle). Lebrun was a wholesale silver tableware maker and also a jeweller specializing in pearls and diamonds.
He worked at 40, quai des Orfèvres, and registered marks in 1810-1811, and 21 January 1821. No end date is given, but he was mentioned in the Almanach Azur until 1822.
Lebrun also had an earlier mark which he registered on 22 April 1808 when he was working at 20, cour de Harley as a silversmith. This mark has initials MAL, symbol a flake (un flocon). Presumably when he changed address he registered your mark.

Lebrun was a very important manufacturer who spanned both French Empires. He studied under Jean Baptiste Claude Odiot and later worked for Martin Biennais. He won silver medals at the 1823 and 1834 Expositions, gold medals in 1844 and 1849, and was made a Chevalier of the Legion d’Honneur in 1855. His company continued a short time after his death, until around 1864.
