Rather odd looking cat

Hi Guys; I wonder if anyone can give any info on the marks of this silver cat (filled I should imagine). It looks a bit odd (the cat). It has hall marks, not English, very small and rubbed. I can make out the letters Ag before the hall mark. There are some bigger marks and I thought these may shed a little light. Appreciated as always.
