Hi,
In an interview given to ABC news agency in 2008, Alfredo Montejo said he had been in business for six decades. Meaning,he was fifteen when he started as an apprentice in 1948.

According to other sources, the firm was established in early 20th century which is impossible because of pentagram mark.

Alfredo Montejo began in goldsmithing and silverware around the age of fifteen. So when we ask him how old he is, he tells us: "Sixty plus fifteen." Just 75, because he has spent six decades dedicated to what he likes the most: silver.
