Suzanne Poncette Picard, born on October 28, 1908,

so reads the inscription on the rim of the spoon bowl.
I think they are Belgian, both because they have no hallmark, and because there is an Edmond Picard, playwright, university professor, lawyer, journalist, politician, jurist, Belgian poet of that period. Is he the Suzanne's godfather?
Each spoon carries a date
That of 1914 has the written "terrible year",

They seemed fascinating to me and I thought I'd publish them.
