Without more marks, it is close to impossible. Moreover, 830 standard is commonly used in the Nordic countries, but unfortunately there are too few marks and those marks do not tell anything more that what is already seen from them. In addition, the marks do not either point to any specific Nordic country. The marks are also totally insufficient (too few). sorry!
