Austrian Silver Art Nouveau Tray Date ID

Hi all, I had a devil of a time finding marks on this lovely Art Nouveau tray with cherries and a dragonfly. I'd love some help figuring out the date of the mark, and any thoughts on the maker. (Looks like 800 silver, but the strike was maybe not well done.) Thx!

I believe I recognize the Austro-Hungary Diana head with crescent moon, the frame shape for silver 800/000. Used 1872-1922. However it also could be for Hungary 1919-1937. The maker's mark is unknow to me but the forum has some very good and knowledgeable contributors who probably can help you out.
