Hi Stefan, welcome to the forum. Could you show us some better clear enhanced images?
It looks like a (imitation) silver bar 999.9 pure silver, with assay office marks Belgium(?) and back site with a name and address and perhaps used as a keychain, eyelet broken. What are the weight and sizes?
