Stuck on date mark

Hi again,
I'm a little stuck on the date mark for this little salt, I originally thought it was plate but now I'm not too sure.
The maker could be Walker & Hall but the leopard head has thrown me a little along with no duty or assay mark.
A little motif appeared after a light polish too.
I've gone for 1893 but wouldn't mind a second opinion to that or even if it is plated and not silver.

Hi,
From left to tight:
1. W&H for WALKER & HALL
2. the "S" stands for "Sheffield"
3. EP in an oval for Electro Plated
