Although the marks seem genuine, this cup has a latin "H" mark on it. I have a near identical cup with the same markings, but without the H
Is this unusual?

The inscription is most probably later so it is not unusual, these items have typically later inscriptions so it was at some point been given as a present. The beaker has originally been used for drinking vodka and the markings are genuine.
