Do these marks look legit?

I came across some interesting marks that seem a bit questionable. As you can see below, it has the typical Weinranck mark inside a heart, plus a pseudo-Augsburg mark that's typically Hanau. To the left of those marks, you can still make out the crescent moon, crown, and 800. But those are stamped over with the word Germany. Below that, there are more marks, including a big fleur-de-lis, plus other marks that I cannot make out. To me, it just seems a little weird. What are your thoughts? The image is below.
