I just bought this set of Swedish sugar and creamer, and I need some help with the marks. It is stamped with the Swedish 3 crowns; however, the maker's mark resembles Gebrüder Deyhle from Schwäbish Gmünd. Also since 835 is not common in Scandinavia, where 830 is more common, I'm leaning towards this having been imported to Sweden from Germany. Or I could be completely off base. What are your thoughts?
The images are below. As always, thank you in advance.
Who is this Swedish maker?
Re: Who is this Swedish maker?
Your photo is out of focus but what can be said is that it is obviously imported to Sweden between 1913-1988. The Swedish three crown mark seems to have an oval frame/shield indicating import. The letter in the hexagonal mark most likely shows a capital S for silver also in use during the mentioned years. Germany is most likely the exporting country.
