Silver cup

Hello All!
I bought this silver cup.
I would like to identify the maker if it is possible.
I checked the zolotnik mark, and find AA, so I think, the assay master was Anatoli Apollonovich Artsybashev.
If it is true, the cup made in Vilno.
But Who could be the maker?

Hello Krisztian!
The maker ОР is Оскар Раппопорт (Oscar Rappoport) from Kovno, the owner of a gold and silverware factory founded in 1899. He also used the mark ППГ ОР = потомственный почётный гражданин Оскар Раппопорт (hereditary honorary citizen Oscar Rappoport).
