Need Help With Marks On Georgian B'Ham Teaspoon

Post by Shinystuff »

And yet another question(s). I believe this a 1903 mark but was wondering who the maker is. Thanks again.

(Edit: Premature post again, I take too long typing :)
1903 is Edwardian rather than Georgian.
J. Swan and sons used these letters, but I've only seen their mark written horizontally.
