Help with maker's mark of 1718 spoon

I think the date letter is C for 1718 based on partial Britannia standard and lion erased mark, but I can't find a comparable maker for WI in a rectangle for this period. Any suggestions?

I can suggest 3 possibilities from Grimwade's London Goldsmiths, 1697-1837: Their Marks and Lives:

• George Willcocks, smallworker; mark is WI with some device, possibly a star, above, registered 2 May 1715

• Starling Wilford, largeworker; mark is WI in a rectangular punch, registered 17 January 1718

• David Willaume II, largeworker; mark is WI in a rectangular punch, registered 2 April 1728

The Willaume mark, although later than your possible 1718 date, could be 1729 ("O") and would still be Britannia standard as it is WI rather than DW.
