::::: The chip inlay technique was really made popular by Tommy Singer, so I checked and it turns out that his brother Charlie Singer used an arrowhead hallmark that is quite similar to the arrowhead on your bolo. :::::

:::: That's my best guess, whenever I see chip inlay, I immediately think about Tommy Singer and the silversmiths associated with him. ::::

:::: What the cursive writing "glg" and the letters next to that mean, I do not know, maybe a personalized inscription for the owner of the bolo? ::::
