Austro-Hungarian niello case - maker?

I have this nice Austro-Hungarian niello case which has assay marks for 1867-1872. In addition, it is stamped 'FHS' inside the cap, but I can't find any other markings. Hopefully, someone on the forum could confirm, or otherwise, that this is the maker and any details about who he was.
